When you visit our Sites or open communications (such asemails), some information is automatically collected from devices (e.g. mobile, computer, laptop, tablet) used to visit or use our Sites including, but not limited to, operating system, access times, browser information (e.g., type, language, and history), settings, and other data about your device that we use to provide the services or as otherwise described in this Policy (” device information”).
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use your information for the following purposes (“Purposes”), to: provide you with the services, products, and functionality offered on our Sites and fulfil your requests, including, but not limited to, creating gas certificates, ensuring your accountworks effectively, troubleshooting, dealing with any queries that arise.
If you do not provide us with certain information or consent to contact you, we may not be able to fulfil the requested Purpose of collection, such as to respond to your queries or provide our Sites and services to you. If you do not allow us to contact you by email with service update emails then you will be unable to use our Sites. You can however opt out of receiving marketing communications, please email us if you wish to be removed from any such communications.
Communications. Consistent with the above Purposes, we may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email or text message to, for example: send you information relating to our products and services, administrative messages, updates, alerts, offers, promotions.
We may contact you at the mobile phone number that you provide to us by way of direct dial calls or via text message (SMS).
Our Role as Data Controller and Data Processor. We act as the data controller of your information. We are the data processor of your customer and engineer information. You are the data controller of your own customer and engineer data and it is your responsibility to obtain their permission to use their data in order to fulfil the purpose of the Site and our services. Retention. We will only retain and use your personal information for as long as you hold an account with Us or, once your account has been deleted, as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you wish to cancel your account or request that We no longer hold your personal information, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to remove your accountand all information held in it. It is your responsibility to save any information on your account in another location before your account is removed.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Easy Safety Cert takes commercially-reasonabletechnical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited due to applicable law, we assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control.
You play an important role in keeping your information secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your Easy Safety Cert account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we willconsider that you have authorized the instructions. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (e.g. if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please contact us.
We may contact you from time to time about Easy Safety Cert, including marketing messages relating to the goods and services of Easy Safety Cert. We will do this electronically, for example by email or by telephone.
We may contact you with information about our products and services (and those of specially selected parties that may be of interest to you), in line with your marketing contact preferences provided to Us either through the Website or by emailing us. All such communications will come from Easy Safety Cert.
You may tell Us at any time if you do not wish to receive marketing messages from Us by contacting Us by email at email@example.com or by following any instructions We may include in the messages We send to you. Please note above that opting out of marketing communications will not automatically stop service-related communications where you continue to hold an account with Us. If you do not wish to receive service-related communications then please email Us, please note that you will not be able to use our Sites without receiving service-related communications.
If you no longer require an account with Easy Safety Cert please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you would like your account and all information held within it removed with immediate effect. It is your responsibility to ensure any information held in your account is saved before the account is removed. Once removed no information can be recovered from it.
ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
If you have created an account with us and would like to update the information you have provided to us, you can access your account to view and make changes or make corrections to your information. You may also contact us with details of the changes required.
Information We collect may be transferred to, stored and/or processed in any country or territory where one or more of our partners or third party service providers (for example, our hosting company or payment processing service providers) are located or maintain facilities in destinations, including outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
